Return Process

  Carefully place the unused fragrance in its original cellophane-wrapped box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Dispatch the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our olfactory lab verifies the product's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
